Hospitality Officer: The officer responsible for the generous and cordial reception of guests and new members, presenter of information regarding what Warwick is & what we do as a group (Covers both Divisions).

Officer Positions that are available in Warwick Medieval/Renaissance Division

Officer of Arts & Sciences: The officer responsible for the judging of all arts/science tournaments, reporting the results to the Officer of Rolls, cultivating interest, and educating the populace in the field of Arts and Sciences.

Deputy Officer of Arts & Sciences: Responsible for helping the Officer of Arts & Sciences in the judging of all arts/science tournaments, reporting the results to the Officer of Rolls, cultivating interest, and educating the populace in the field of Arts and Sciences.

Deputy Hospitaler: Responsible for helping the hospitaler with any first aid, health or safety issues at any of Warwick's activities or events.

Deputy of Schedules: Responsible for helping the Officer of Schedules with official duties along with coordinating & recording all events on the yearly calendar in order to keep events running smoothly & without conflict of overbooking.

Deputy Marshal: Responsible for helping the Crown Marshal in arranging and supervising the field judging for War and List, responsible for weapon and armor standards, training requirements, rules of combat, and scenarios.

Deputy Herald: Responsible for helping the Herald make announcements at tournaments and the marshaling of combatants, this officer has the status of ambassador acting as official messenger between leaders especially in war.

Surgeon General: The Medic/Nurse - Provides all medical care - Must have current basic CPR/First Aid certification.
